He possesses a Shariah based background and a comprehensive legal perspective, with a strong ability to analyze cases and derive appropriate legal solutions in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He places particular emphasis on simplifying legal concepts and linking them to the business context in a clear manner that serves decision makers and non specialists. He is characterized by a high level of discipline and a meticulous approach to handling legal matters, with solid knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk management principles and their impact on the quality, organization, and effectiveness of legal work.

Saleh worked at the Ministry of Justice for more than five years, during which he gained extensive experience in judicial representation, legal advisory work, and investigations. He also served as the secretary of the Investigation Committee. He is distinguished by his deep understanding of regulatory and judicial procedures, as well as his strong skills in drafting legal memoranda and analyzing cases. Saleh is known for his accuracy, professionalism, and commitment to delivering sound legal outcomes.

A legal consultant with experience in commercial, civil, and criminal disputes, possessing broad expertise in civil and commercial laws, the Labor Law, the Competition Law, the Criminal Procedure Law, administrative regulations, and tort liability. He also has practical experience in preparing court pleadings and appeal briefs, providing legal advice, and drafting and reviewing civil and commercial contracts. Prior to joining the firm, Mohammed worked at several leading law firms in Egypt and Kuwait, which provided him with diverse experience in litigation and arbitration involving commercial, civil, labor, tax, and competition disputes, along with hands on exposure to different legal and procedural environments.

Hussam is distinguished by his accuracy in legal analysis, commitment to professional standards, and ability to deliver legal solutions and advisory services that strengthen and protect the interests of the entities he serves.
